Collection Overview The prescription book (1887-1889) includes hand-written prescriptions which are glued to the pages of the volume. Each prescription includes the prescription number, patient's name, date, dosage, and formulation of the prescription. The prescriptions were written primarily by Dr. Myre S. Iseman, but also included are prescriptions written by Dr. G.E.T. Sparkman, Dr. J.W. Folk, and Dr. T.P. Bailey, as well as other physicians practicing in Georgetown, S.C.
