Laura Griffin collection

Collection Overview Laura Griffin (1960-1996) was killed by a hit and run driver while she was jogging in 1996. The State Legislature quickly increased the penalties for hit and run drivers, and the Governor awarded the Order of the Palmetto for Griffin's work against substance abuse.
