Scope and Contents
In 1991, an explosion at the Albright and Wilson plant released a large chemical cloud into the air which left nine people dead, thirty-three injured. The accident was said to have occured when a reactor used to produce flame retardant burst as the result of extreme pressure. Correspondence regarding advisory board issues.
