In 1974, the NIDA was established as the Federal focal point for research, treatment, prevention and training services, and data collection on the nature and extent of drug abuse. Anderson was appointed as Consultant. Contains correspondence, reports, manuals, proposals, quarterly reviews regarding Drug Abuse Training Centers and travel expense reports.
