Minutes and annual report were recorded by Lenora Stine, Secretary and Chairwoman of the Jewish Welfare Board Entertainment Committee. The Victory Hostess Organization (VHO) was established to host dances and entertainment for Jewish GIs in eastern South Carolina during World War II.
