Of note is the National Trends and Services Facet Committee's work on "The Hurricane Hugo Project," (Box #156, Folder#9: 1989-1990), which details the relief efforts provided to fellow South Carolinians. Also included is an oversize box (#160) with the scrapbook, "Woman of the Year," highlighting Whipper's professional and civic accomplishments.
