A photograph of L. Mendel Rivers' wife Margaret Middleton Rivers with Pat Solomon holding a South Carolina Tri-centennial Scarf. Pat owned a shop in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, and designed the scarf for the South Carolina Tri-centennial. Also included is a photograph of the scarf on a table at a dinner attended by L. Mendel Rivers.
