Frank George Hayne (1909-1984) was an African American dentist in Charleston, South Carolina. The Mrs. Louise F. Holmes scrapbook collection contains one scrapbook that documents Mrs. Holmes's faith, love for poetry, and a broad range of other interests which reflect the life of African Americans in the Lowcountry and South Carolina.
