Of Interest: Holds a newspaper flyer/broadside (6x9 inches) of "Freedom March on Frankfort March 5th" with speakers: "Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Jackie Robinson, Rev. Ralph Abernathy, Rev. Wyatt T. Walker and James Farmer." Issued by Allied Organizations for Civil Rights in Kentucky. Includes various documents from Brown's years at Kentucky State including identification/activity card, programs and invitations to campus functions, and letter informing Brown that he has been chosen to be the Assoicate Editor of "The Kentucky Thorobred," campus newspaper. Holds event program, "First Annual Athletic Banquet," 18 May 1964; event program from the 29th Annual Conference of the National Assoication of Dramatics and Speech Arts Theatre Festival, at Spelman College, Atlanta, Georgia, 8-10 April 1965. Also holds scattered editions of campus newspaper (1964-1965) (NOTE: In fragile condition)
