Peggy's materials focus on her education and career in Judaica librarianship and at the Library of Congress through awards, publications, correspondence, and ephemera. Also included are audiovisual materials including lectures, presentations, and interviews. Also included are a few family artifacts.

Collection Overview From the Collection: Assorted family photographs and personal and legal papers relating to Solomon Heydenfeldt, first elected justice and first Jewish justice to the Supreme Court of California. Papers consist primarily of approximately 350 black and white photographs, mostly from the turn of the century of family and friends related to the Heydenfeldts. Some are identified; many are not. Series Overview From the Series:

The third series contains the papers of Dr. Wendell M. Levi Jr. and includes a few legal and military documents, correspondence, photographs, publications, diplomas and awards reflecting his education and accomplishments, and his interest in pigeons. Also present is his memoir, Fifty Yeras of Surgery in both draft and final published form.

Collection Overview From the Collection:

Family papers of the Mazo, Rabin, and Sorota families of Charleston, South Carolina. Included are photographs and albums, correspondence, newspaper clippings, legal documents, and ephemera. Some of them relate to Leon's Men's Wear and various properties the family owned on King Street, the activities of Eliot and Eileen Rabin, and various activities of Leon Rabin.
