This series consists of documents and graphics related to Rabb's publications and many presentations/speeches. Final copies, drafts, and handwritten notes of his writings are accompanied by many slides he used for presentations as well as a handful of other graphic or audiovisual materials. Of special note is a collection of files related to a presentation he made for then Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich in 1996 on the topic of wildlife conservation.

This series consists mainly of files related to various organizations Rabb had relationships or memberships with over the years. There are also a few files dedicated to professional relationships with colleagues. One box contains membership cards and ephemera, and two others contain awards he was presented with.

This series contains a wide range of records from Rabb's research throughout his career including field notebooks (mostly focused on wolves), handwritten notes and laboratory observations (many relating to amphibians or lizards), some graphic materials, and his thesis manuscript. In addition, there are many files of reference material he collected over the decades on his areas of interest: wolves, amphibians, conservation, and zoo management.
