The paper is a typed rough draft with hand written corrections. It describes the Hospital workers' strike at the Medical College of South Carolina in 1969. The author is not identified, but a handwritten note reveals that the document was written in 1982. The paper discusses the role played by Mary Moultrie, the leader of the strike, and William McCord, the college president, in the strike.
