Scope and Contents
Volume records actions of board at regular, extra and semi-annual meetings on all aspects of congregation, including members, funerals, finances, changes in service and constitution, etc. With Rabbi J.S. Raisin’s request to have women as full members (1917), a measured response to a Zionism lecture (1920), and support of prohibition of wine in services (1923).
