Scope and Contents
Scrapbook consists of newspaper clippings and ephemera pertaining to the Baruch and Lennox families' business and social activities, as well as clippings relating to George A. Long, president of the Gray Telephone Pay Station Company. Also contains various published materials, including H. Heinz & Co., 1856-1931, a history of the H. Hentz & Co. cotton firm; Reminiscences of a Confederate Surgeon by Dr. Simon Baruch; and the program, Unveiling of the Bronze Tablet to Commemorate the Naming of the Dr. Simon Baruch Public Bath, New York City, 1917.
