Scope and Contents
This series consists of personal correspondence primarily from Paul Keyserling to his parents, including letters from camp and college; school records including progress reports, essays, certificates, and Southern District Football Jamboree souvenir programs; photographs, including black and white class portraits, Beaufort Bantam football team portraits, and photographs of the counselors and campers at Camp Judea, a Jewish summer camp located in Hendersonville, North Carolina; and art created by Paul Keyserling, including assorted early pencil and crayon drawings and photojournalism work for the Beaufort Gazette, Osceola, and Charlotte Observer. Also included are clippings relating to Paul Keyserling's participation in the Hilton Head Island Rugby Club.
