An audio CD containing a recording of a news report concerning L. Mendel Rivers' role in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) dropping charges in a murder case, known as "The Green Beret Affair" involving United States Green Beret Robert B. Rheault and Vietnamese double-agent Thai Khac Chuyen.
