Scope and Contents
E-mail correspondence and material concerning the review of photographs of unidentified military personnel present in the L. Mendel Rivers papers held by the College of Charleston. Retired military personnel Admiral James H. Flatley III, Dr. James B. Edwards, General James E. Livingston, and General Hugh B. Tant III were brought in to assist.
