Correspondence concerning judiciary legislation including appropriations for war agencies, an act to provide a civil government for Puerto Rico, runaway children, executive orders, the appointment of bailiffs, messengers, or court criers, revision to the system of fixing criminal punishment, and an amendment to the Judicial Code in respect to the original jurisdiction of the district courts of the United States in certain cases.
