Correspondence concerning veterans' legislation including the provision of annuities for the wives of Consuls and General Consuls, Spanish-American War Veterans pensions, the appointment of honorably discharged veterans of the armed forces to positions in the Government service without regard to the civil-service laws, and vocational rehabilitation for disabled World War Veterans.
