Includes one bound manuscript volume and three manuscripts relating to the Vanderhorst family. The manuscript volume includes two works of fiction relating to Charleston. The individual manuscripts include the will of John Vanderhorst, a letter from Charles Cotesworth Pinckney to Governor Vanderhorst about Fort Johnson, and a newspaper clipping of the obituary of "Lewis Vander Horst" (Lewis Morris Vanderhorst).
