Scope and Contents

From the Series:

Zeigler became friends with the lithographer Prentiss Taylor while living in Washington, D.C. in the late 1930s. The two maintained a lifelong friendship which also grew to include their respective partners Edwin Peacock and Roderick (Rod) Quiroz. The bulk of material in this series documents the friendship between the two couples. This series also includes information on Taylor’s work with author Langston Hughes.
