Collection Overview
The collection consists of the minutes of the Board of Directors (1971-1972), the Treasurer's report (1972), and the Exchange Club budget report (1972-1973). The papers include a letter to prospective exhibitors for the 1972 Coastal Carolina Fair and correspondence from prospective participants in a photography contest held at the fair.
