Collection Overview The collection consists of materials gathered by the staff of the Robert Scott Small Library at the College of Charleston, SC. It includes numerous publications created by "Citizens for Decency through Law." The newsletters, pamphlets, and correspondence in the collection were produced between 1976 and 1981.
