Abstract Sherry A. Suttles (1948-), an African-American, was a former government administrator, entrepreneur, and historian who established the Atlantic Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Atlantic Beach Historical Society (ABHS, 2001) in Horry County, South Carolina.
