Biographical / Historical
Robert S. Higgins, Sr. (1932-1964) was the only child of Eugenia and Samuel Higgins. He married Patricia Jennings and the couple had three children together: Robert Jr., John Eric, and Kevin. He was a member of the Charleston County Medical Society and practiced medicine in Charleston beginning in 1959.
