Folder 9 includes reports on racial violence and law enforcement, Executive Order 10925 Establishing the President’s Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity, NAACP in Action report for 1961, How to File a Complaint with the President’s Equal Employment Opportunity, facts about the Community Relations Service, School Desegregation: The First Six Years, a Statistical Summary of school segregation-desegregation in the Southern and border states, and a report on boycotts and the strength of Black consumers. Folder 10 includes Howard Zinn’s Albany, a comparative analysis of the three version of the Civil Rights Bill H.R. 7152, the 1964 annual report of the South Carolina Conference of NAACP Branches, Civil Rights Digest’s summary of the Civil rights Act, Racial Inequality in Employment: The Patterns of Discrimination, Civil Rights under Federal Programs, Franchise Company Data, and the National Scholarship Service and Fund for Negro Students 1965-1966 report.
