Biographical/Historical note
Benjamin Robert DeCosta (1890-1950) was the second child born to Benjamin and Anna DeCosta. He married Gertrude Cook (1894-1951) and moved his family to New York City in 1923 were he worked as a contractor and real estate agent.
His son, Benjamin Robert DeCosta, Jr. (1913-1999) married Olive Bather (1914-1999).
His daughter, Anna Elizabeth DeCosta (born 1915) married George W. Hunter (1911-1993).
Georgianna Hunter Price (1934-2006) and George W. Hunter III are descendents of Benjamin Robert DeCosta, Sr.
