Biographical/Historical note
Benjamin Rhodes DeCosta (1867-1911), son of Benjamin Rhodes DeCosta (1834-1870) and Martha Eugenia Adams (1834-1915), married Anna Harrenburg (1869-1928). Together they had 11 children. Many of the children became educators, while others worked as carpenters and contractors.
