Correspondence is between board of directors, presenters, and host city committees regarding topics such as procuring speakers, arranging city tours, meals, and hotels. Materials relating to SJHS conferences from 1978-1996 are also located in the first accession (Part I) of the Southern Jewish Historical Society records.
