Biographical Note

Robert Rovner (1918-2000) was born to Hilda Kunnes (1888-1957) and Israel Rovner (1888-1964). He married Anita Abrams (1919-1989) and they settled in Greenville, South Carolina, where Robert established Bob's Men's Shop. The couple had three children, including one son, Phillip S. Rovner. Robert later divorced Anita and was remarried to Patricia Allen (1926-1999).
