Collection Overview

From the Collection:

The collections includes two photographs. First is an 8X10 black and white print (not original) of the Jacob Wolper Family (made after the family was reunited in Charleston, 1915). Pictured are Cecile Wolper Lazarus (1903-1975), Pauline Wolper Lynch (1898-1950), Cecile Barr Wolper (1887-1965), Louis Edwin Wolper (1910-1987), Jacob Wolper (1876-1940) and Max Wolper (1900-1985). Second photograph is an 8X10 group image (black and white) of the South Carolina-Georgia Masada Conclave at Jekyll Island, GA, March 1949. Leon Wolper pictured. The photograph was originally owned by Lilly Rubenstein. Collection also includes Jacob Wolper's Kalushiner Society Medal, engraved with the dates he was president of the society, 1930-1931.
