From the Series:

The second series contains documents related to Wendell M. Levi Sr., including those reflecting his education, military service, and civic participation. The bulk of the contents documents his lifelong interest in pigeons. Among these are various writings, publications, and books published by both Levi and his friends. Most correspondence is on the subject of pigeons, and is accompanied by a wide array of scrapbooks/albums and other graphic images of pigeons. Also included are many clippings referencing him and his work.
