Scope and Contents
A photograph of a street sign labeled "Mendel Rivers Pkwy" in Pleiku, Vietnam. The sign has a human skull attached to the top. The sign was erected by soldiers in honor of Representative Rivers' efforts on the Armed Services Pay Raise legislation. Also included is a handwritten letter from an army staff sergeant to accompany the photograph.
